Anybody take their child to a holistic health practitioner?
My friend takes her baby and kids (the whole family) to see a holistic health practitioner instead of a modern doctor.She has great things to say about the doctor (she's nice, fixes issues that her regular pediatrician couldn't, takes time to talk about the issues, prevention etc.) Does anybody else do this? how did things go?

Yep. We've used a wide variety of different health care practitioners over the years as well as "regular old docs". I've had different experiences with each practitioner most of them have been good. I've used midwives, acupuncturists, Dr of Oriental Medicine (DOM), Chiropractors, and many more....and many were combinations of these. I think it's really whom you feel most comfortable with and whom treats your family with a style that works for all of you.
