Not automatically, no. It all depends on what the judge puts in the support orders.

It depends on both the mother and father. If the mother is working and has some insurance, the judge may make the father responsible for dental or vision. However if the child does not and if the mother is not on any medical or public assistance, the father is usually ordered to provide healthcare for the child. In that case the actual child support is reduced.
