No it will not effect your child's health. My husband and I are both A-.

Nope..My and my hubby are both A- and I will never have to have the rhogam shot! All of our kids will be A-

The only way that having the same blood group might effect your baby is if you happened to have the same blood group and come from the same lines. Except the blood type still wouldn't make a difference. Blood type has nothing to do with an indication of consanguineous interbreeding. But, if you were Rh negative and your husband Rh positive that would be an issue for your future babies as you would be making antibodies against the Rh factor. But you're not. Chill, you're golden.
