Does the government pay for a child's health care for its first three years?
I'm organizing facts for a debate and my opponent mentioned something about a child getting free health care for the first 3 years of its life but I was looking it up and it doesn't seem true but I want to make sure.

I hope not. That is the responsibility of the parents. I had to pay to keep my son healthy and alive.
