Unless your doctor has told you not to have sex, you can have sex all the way through pregnancy, up until your water breaks. The baby has no idea what's going on...it just gets gently rocked in there. Go for it.
2 :
no its not harmful you can have sex until your due date
3 :
There is nothing sexier than a pregnant woman, especially when she's wanting to have sex with you! You can have sex until it is no longer comfortable for you. Your man will love the way your body is changing, especially how your tits become fuller and rounder
4 :
Unless the Dr has told you for medical reason not to have sex you can keep going throughout the whole pregnancy as long as the woman feels comfortable with it. I know when I was close to having our daughter that it was more uncomfortable in many ways.

Whoa....Im sorry but I think this is pretty serious. Many women with this problem end up dieing. You have a VERY slim chance of living. Im not joking. You can die any minute now! Go see a doctor IMMEDIATELY! Call 911! HURRY!
2 :
Good grief, no! You will probably experience better health. And less stress in your life. You won't be tied down and you won't have all those worries about your children. Now, go on and enjoy your freedom!
3 :
No you shouldn't.I think you will be just fine, but if you are very worried you should go to a gyno and talk about it...
4 :
no way. i know this lady in her 70s thats never had a baby and she's still very healthy
5 :
Not everyone wants to have kids. You should not experience health concerns from not having a child, but you should, however consult your physician to speak about this, and get a regular check up. You may find that as you get older you will change your mind, or decide to adopt. Good luck.
6 :
I have also chosen to be childless - I am not a maternal type. I am also older and as I approach menopause, I am having less problems with this than most of my friends and relatives who have had children. I am not sure if this is connected but I have two aunties who also chose not to have children and they said that their menopauses have been very minor and not uncomfortable. None of them have had any serious gynocological problems as the result. I do not think it affects your vulnerability to cancer either - cancer is genetic or environmental so having a child (or not) does not have any affect on this. Frankly I think having children actually affects one's health in more ways - the process of being pregnant, while a beautiful thing, is not easy on everyone, and there can be complications. Also the stress of childrearing, raising a family, etc has emotional impact on those who might not be prepared or are unable to cope. (men or women). The hardest thing to deal with is when you make a choice to not have children, is the psychological pressures that others press on you "When are you going to have children?" "no? why not? what's wrong?" etc etc. This can be a drain and it would be helpful to you to understand that this choice is yours and you are ok with it and that no one should make you feel guilty. Have a great life with your husband! There are obviously financial benefits to not having children too!
7 :
you don't need to have a child, women are not obliged to have a child. it is a personnal choice. Look men don't have child and they are fine......so many women don't have child and are maybe in better health than other with child because they didn't put this stress on their body
8 :
Congratulations! My girlfriend just had a hysterectomy. Neither of us have children. I honestly think her issue was strictly hereditary. Both her and her grandmother had hysterectomies. We belong to a “Childfree” group. None of the women ever mentioned having any problems. I know quite a few “Childfree” people. None of the women ever mentioned any health problems.

Could having sex up to the last moment of pregnancy affect the health of the child

nope, i did, baby was just fine
2 :
nop & on the last month its so helpfully for the labour
3 :
I don't think so, just don't be too violent, your woman will tell you how gentle to be.
4 :
No.. I actually heard that it helps with delivery. No worries.
5 :
Depends on the woman, the baby, & the situation. In most cases, it is fine (I did!). But occassionally, problems occur that could affect this. Ask your Dr. If he says OK Then go for it.
6 :
Yeah you can have sex until somewhere between the 7th and 9th month
7 :
other than the dent on your babys head, no problems :D it might actually help
8 :
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. thats just an old wives tale.
9 :
Depends: Have you had any complications? Did your doctor say no? I had sex until the day I went into labor, it helps speed the process up it also felt good being close to my husband.
10 :
I was told to do it as i had gone five days over and i had had enough. As long as your gentle its fine
11 :
no, i did and all was fine
12 :
No, i did it and i had no problem. My Dr told me that i should not have sex with my husband after i was 4-5 months pregnant. It was pretty uncomfortable for me so i stopped after i was like 81/2 months pregnant. But the baby was fine. So i guess it depends on the person.
13 :
It should not be a problem...unless your water broke already. Also, if you wouldn't want to start labor...I would suggest using a condom. The semen acts like a labor inducer and starts contractions and dilation... I should know it happened to me.
14 :
if it is a normal pregnancy then no, and her orgasms can actually rock the baby to sleep :-D just dont be too rough.

Have you ever played text adventures. Before graphic games.

I was born in 1958. The biggest change that I have noticed is the fact that people no longer take responsibility for their own actions. A close second is that people just don't care any more about other people. It's a shame, really. Life was so much more innocent and fun. This world has gone to s--t.

What We ddn't have: fax machines, microwaves, cellphones, cordless phones, VCRs, Gameboys, personal computers, iPods, Walkmans What We didn't have: Paris Hilton, celebrities being praised for having children out of wedlock, people shacking up without marriage, no-fault divorce. What we did have: dinner together every night, staying together "for the sake of the children" was actually a GOOD thing to do, role models who didn't do drugs.

When I was 10 (1974): -We only had 3 TV channels -We had no remote controls -the phone had a circular dial with finger holes -we got a vaccination with multiple punctures from a needle (check out any person > 41; their left arm will have a circular scar just below the shoulder) -We had no microwave -We had vinyl records or 8-track cassettes -The appliances were colored an awful green or yellow -Women didn't groom below (I can't tell you how many of my friends' mothers would have a thatch of hair protruding from their bathing suits) -At night, you had a choice between Lawrence Welk, Hee Haw or Tony Orlando & Dawn -Kids haircuts looked exactly like the kids of today (check out Bad News Bears...see) -You could have milk delivered to your door -We all got baseball cards with our chewing gum (if we had saved them all, we would be rich) -We all got up at 5AM on the weekends to watch Bugs Bunny; then we would fight for the prize at the bottom of the cereal box -We were lucky enough to watch Howard Cosell -Mom was a secretary; she would type a letter and let her boss read it. If there were any changes to be made, she would have to type the whole thing again -No fax machines or computers -We collected coins; dimes, quarters, halves and silver dollars were made of 90% silver before 1965. In the mid-70's, the Hunt brothers tried to corner the silver market and the dates of our coins no longer mattered - the silver alone made the coins more valuable - we cashed in! -Kids got spanked at school and behaved MUCH better because of it -Everyone looked forward to the Wizard of Oz which showed once per year -The stuff inside of Stretch Armstrong looked like strawberry jelly -Families played Monopoly, Sorry or Pacheesi together --I could go on all day :>)

yes comps aren't bagie boxes and we learn basic algebra in 4th grade...

Does Obama want Universal Health Care because America has such a high Child Mortality Rate

Does Obama want Universal Health Care because America has such a high Child Mortality Rate?
America has a higher Child Mortality rate than socialist countries. Even Malaysia has a lower Child Mortality Rate than America. Does Obama want Universal Health Care because America has such a high Child Mortality Rate? and McCain doesn't want Universal Health Care because he doesn't care? http://www.unicef.org/sowc04/files/Table1.pdf

are health insurance companies held responsible to anyone

are health insurance companies held responsible to anyone?
I have child health plus for my child and they canceled without any notification, this doesn't seem right.

Child Health Plus is not a health insurance company. It is a government run program for the poor in New York State. Anything run by the government is going to be messed up.They probably cancel because you do not qualify for govenment assistance anymore. Private insurance companies answer to the customers. Government run programs answer to no one.
2 :
Yes. Contact your state Insurance Commission. They are unbelievably thorough in every state, and they have to follow up on all complaints, requiring the insurance company to spend time and money answering to an investigation. Sometimes just telling an insurance carrier that you are going to contact the commission will change their behavior very quickly.
3 :
I assume there is some sort of a mix up. Now if only they would actually answer calls instead of that automated crap....

what are the health problems from having another child within 3 years of giving birth

what are the health problems from having another child within 3 years of giving birth?
Well everyone keeps telling me to wait at least 2-3 years because of health risks for me. Some long term....
Pregnancy - 15 Answers

none
2 :
I don't think there are any health risks at all, I've never heard of that. My kids are two years apart and I don't have any health problems from it.
3 :
I think it should be fairly safe. Doctors usually like you to wait a year after having a baby.
4 :
Health problems for the mother? Or health problems for the baby? In either case, I am pretty sure there is no real risk involved in having babies three years apart, unless you are high risk due to a disease you may have. I had my babies two years apart and none of us suffered any health problems.
5 :
i don't think there is any problems.
6 :
none most of the ppl i know had kids 2-3 years apart
7 :
None if your health haven't change since you got pregnant before
8 :
I can't imagine how it would negatively affect your body aside from the normal pregnancy problems. I had my two littlest ones 14 months apart. That was havoc on my body, but I'm fine. Good luck to you!
9 :
none. i had my second child almost 2 years exactly after the first. my doctor recommended waiting a year in between giving birth and getting pregnant again, but that was all.
10 :
There are none... My son was 1.5 when I got pregnant with my twins but I wasn't treated differently because of that. I know you are considered "high risk" if you get pregnant within 6 months of having a baby, but 3 years...actually I am pregnant right now and my twins were just a month shy of being 3 and there are no problems with this one either! That is a good length of time! Mommy to 5 y.o., 3 y.o. twins and 33 weeks pregnant with baby #4
11 :
u shouldn't have any problem. only way i could image u having health problems with having another child would be if u had them before or your up in age.
12 :
nothing i mean look at birtney spears she had 2 kids a like a little less than 2 yrs lol and they are cute healthy babies
13 :
Women can maximize their chances of having healthy babies by spacing their pregnancies at least 18 months but no more than five years apart, according to a new report. Researchers reached that conclusion after an analysis of 67 international studies involving more than 11 million pregnancies. The analysis found that spacing babies too close together or too far apart raises the risk of complications such as premature births and low birth weight. The findings suggest that millions of infant deaths could be avoided worldwide with better family planning, said co-author Dr. Agustin Conde-Agudelo of Santa Fe de Bogota Foundation in Colombia. “The financial cost of birth-spacing programs is lower than the financial cost of infant deaths, of course, Conde-Agudelo said. Pregnancy and nursing use up nutrients in a woman’s body, he said, and for a woman to get pregnant again before she has a chance to recover nutritionally may mean higher risks for the baby. As for why long intervals between births cause problems too, he speculated that time could diminish a woman’s reproductive capacity and that factors that decrease fertility also could lead to poor fetal development. The analysis found that for each month under 18 months between pregnancies, the risk of premature birth increased 1.9 percent. For each month longer than 59 months between pregnancies, the chances of premature birth climbed 0.6 percent. [read more using the link]
