vaccinated all the way cuz i wasnt going to take the risk of my babies getting those illnesses. they are in perfect health

Both my children have recieved some vaccines, but not all that are currently recommended, and we don't go by the CDC schedule. They're both very healthy and active, sleep like logs, and haven't had anything more than an occasional cold or stomach bug.

My son is vaccinated and he is doing just fine. The shots that they get in the legs are painful for less than a day. I gave my son some pain drops and it didn't bother him at all. Its better to get them. He is bigger and longer than 90% of babies his age. He's happy and healthy and he already says mom. He is 3 months old.

yes my daughter is up to date with all her vaccinations. She is perfectly healthy with no diseases or issues with her physically or mentally. She eats well gains weight good and sleeps atleast 12 hours sometimes 13 a night! But i honestly think she would be that way even if she wasnt vaccinated

My daughter is very selectively vaccinated and aside from a bout of Roseola (which isn't exactly preventable/treatable anyway) over the summer she's never had a sniffle. She eats like a horse and sleeps 12-14 hours a day.

Vaccinated. I do not believe the hype behind all this don't vaccinate mess. Healthy. No developmental delays of any kind. Eats and sleeps like any normal kid his age. Never had to have any kind of antibiotics. Has only had a few colds. He was also breastfed. My kid is in 50th percentile for weight and 90th perceontile in height. __________________________________________ What's going to happen to all these unvaccinated kids when they try to go to school? I guess some elementary schools may be understanding, but colleges will not. All these poor kids are going to have to be getting all the vaccinations at once to get into college. Anyone ever thought of that?

my son is up to date on his vaccines, he is wonderful. he will be 4 months on the 14th, sleeps thru the night just fine. he is a good eater, rarely ever spits up. i was concerned about vaccinating, but in the long run i would rather my son be autistic ( i guess i just assumed this is most parents concern, it was mine) than die of an easily prevented disease.

My one year old has had all her vaccinations (Hep B at birth delayed until 1 month, but that's the only difference). She's never had so much as a cold. Never a fever, nothing. She also got both flu shots and swine flu shots. She sleeps 10-12 hour nights and is the easiest baby I've ever met (and not just because she's mine!). I'm not going to vaccinate her against chicken pox, but she's getting everything else, plus the HPV vaccine at 14.

my one son is partially vaccinated. we quit at 4 months when he had a mild reaction in his leg that resulted in a lump in his leg for many months. he is almost 4 and has only had mild colds here and there.he is very smart, tall for his age and loves to try new foods. my 19 month old son has never been vaccinated. he has only had a few mild colds too. he is easy going and sleeps wonderfully. so lucky in that dept. while they may catch some of those childhood diseases that we dont vax for, they wont be at risk for some of the long term side effects that vaxes can cause.

My first is partially vaccinated; I stopped letting her have shots once I researched them. She is 3 and very healthy, which I attribute to her breastfeeding for 2.5 years, sleeping well, and eating a nourishing diet. Plus I am not a germaphobe, which I know has helped her immune system develop well. I'd say she gets 12-13 hours of sleep each night. My second is totally unvaccinated. She is 2.5 months old and is almost double her birth weight LOL!

My story is pretty much the same as "irritated lactivist" except mine are both boys and the 2nd is 9 months. They are both BF'ed still and have had mild colds, never had a stomach bug and DS1 got 5th disease from a playgroup :( no vax for that anyway! May give ds 2 his 2, 4 and 6 month shots when DS1 goes to preschool next sept though... well, start them at least , we'll see. Need to do a bit more reading!

My children are unvaccinated. They are happy, healthy, and thriving. Beyond a few colds we have had no illnesses or issues. They eat well, sleep well. My youngest 2 are currently breastfeeding.

My daughter is partially vaccinated. We used a delayed schedule, and I have skipped a few shots for her. At this point, I do not intend to get her any more shots, and the new baby will only receive the Hib and Pc vaccinations (my daughter got most of the recommended shots). She has only ever had one or two minor colds in her whole life, maybe a total of 3 days sick in nearly 3 years. She was breastfed until 2.5, and we eat healthier than probably 90% of Americans. She is not in daycare, either, so I do not worry about her being exposed to huge amounts of germs. She does not sleep through the night, but I don't see what that has to do with her vaccination status??
